Windy City Management, LLC is owned and operated by Winkie Tennant. Winkie is also a member of the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce and a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Americana.
Ms. Tennant bought the company in 2000. The company had formerly been Jayhawk Property Management which was established in 1951 by Mr. Forest Tennant Sr. Winkie bought the company and has carried on Mr. Tennant’s tradition of clean and well maintained rentals as well as customer service for both owners of the properties and the tenants who rent them.
